Who am I ?

I am a Brussels-based consultant with 10 years of experience in project and programme management at local, national, European and international levels.

I have spent the last decade helping CSOs, NGOs and activists structure their ideas, liaise with institutional and private donors, increase their resources, and improve the quality and  impact of their work.

My expertise encompasses all stages of the project cycle, from design to evaluation. I have also supported organisations and communities of all sizes formulating and implementing accessible fundraising strategies.

I have coordinated training programmes around human rights and democracy, gender equality, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) and HIV, and led individual coaching and collective workshops on project/programme management, M&E and fundraising.

As a feminist and LGBTQI+ activist trained on systemic forms of oppression, I am committed to having a horizontal and participatory approach, centred on the needs of the most marginalised people, and make sure to challenge my own potential biases and privileges and keep myself updated on the best practices in the sector.

I am passionate about approaches to the social justice movement that are holistic, interconnected, and centred on healing. I am truly inspired by the work of intersectional scholars and pleasure activists, bodywork practitioners and healers, and anyone trying to improve themselves and their movements in an honest and creative way.

I genuinely care about the causes of the organisations and groups I work with, and I aspire to make my contribution by always keeping my ethical and political values at the centre of my work.
